At TOKII, we want you to love and enjoy your purchases for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we offer a refund or credit note for returns requested within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at tokii.au@outlook.com. Please note, items on sale cannot be returned, and TOKII does not accept returns on gift cards, underwear, beauty products, or candles.

Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and associated designer packaging. This includes the, undamaged dust bags and designer boxes.

Return postage costs are at the customer's expense.
